UPA - Universal packaging automat

UPA vertical packaging machine forms and fills sachet sealed on 4 sides. The UPA machine meets any sort of packaging need (from 1 to 200 gr) and, depending on the characteristic of the product to be packaged. The movement of the UPA machine in new series is controlled by a brushless servo-motor which allows a wide range of stick pack length and machine speed, while maintaining high precision in the formation and centering of the sachets. Depending on the characteristics of the products to be packaged, the UPA machine is used in various sectors of goods, such as foods, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals, thus fully satisfying market needs.
UPA is manufactured with two or more packaging lines and it runs with intermittent motion.
The UPA machines are equipped with a PLC and control display to constantly monitor functions and parameters, with the possibility to diagnose alarms and anomalies. The modular configuration, with the use of exclusive materials such as anodized aluminum and stainless steel, easy cleaning, and high versatility for format change are all technical features that make the machine in accordance with GMP and FDA standards.
Their main advantages are easy cleaning and the possibility of changing width and length of the bags (format change).
Accessories and customization: counting and stacking assemblies, product feeding systems, marking/printing systems, weighing systems, cartoning machines and labelling, complete automatic lines.
