Roto Chargers

Rotofiller is a horizontal rotary packing machine for the packing of semen goods. which is packaged.

The dimensions of the bags are adjustable on the batch by the width, and the height requires adjustment on the batch and by changing the height of the rotary table. The dimensions of the bags on a standard machine are: height 100-230 mm; width 80-130 mm.

Machine speed is variable and max. packing speed ranges from 50 - 55 bags / min.

The machine has the ability to pack bags into a bag for better seed protection, or to use its own dosing systems to meet the requirements of the products being packaged.

These vertical packaging machines are designed to fill and seal the packaging of different types of products into pre-packaged bags, containers, etc. and can pack different types of products such as powders, granules, liquids and pastes.
They are made of anodized aluminum and stainless steel, and materials that come into direct contact with the product themselves are carefully selected according to the properties of the product itself.
The machines are equipped with a PLC and a touch screen for continuous monitoring of the operation and parameters for diagnosing alarms and anomalies.
They are most commonly used when we want quality packaging that has not yet reached significant capacity, as well as in production that has a large number of different packages.
They can be fitted with pliers, welding shears, lid closers, socket covers, etc.

TSF machines for grouping, wrapping and thermal processing of packages

These horizontal packing machines are intended for grouping products, wrapping them with heat shrink wrap and, finally, for heat treatment, to make them compatible with the final package / product.
The base consists of the Grouping Unit, followed by the Heating Chamber (its strength depends on the size of the package and the required operating speed), and the drain table for cooling the finished packages.
They can be equipped with multi-channel feeders for combining different packages, washer feeders (for increased package stability), robotic arms for stacking packages on pallets, etc. ...
They are made of anodized aluminum and stainless steel, heat resistant steels (wire conveyors), and materials that come in direct contact with the product itself are carefully selected according to the properties of the product itself.
