Our partner have implemented an upgraded Live Assistance system to support our customers in the event of problems with our machines, ensuring more effective troubleshooting by way of a dedicated App - or optional smartglasses - which can be set up on any smartphone or tablet in just a few clicks.

To access the service, simply install the App on your device and complete the registration process to receive a Customer Code; the customer is then contacted directly via the App and is provided with the necessary assistance.

Analyse the machine's vital parameters remotely

If the Teleservice software is installed on a given machine, the customer can set up the HMI operator panel remotely via a secure internet connection.

Once the connection has been established, our technicians can analyse the machine's vital parameters remotely, carry out setup/reset operations and prevent potential errors that can affect machine operations.

This technology plays a vital role at times like these, allowing us to resolve incidental issues without visiting the customer. Furthermore, it also speeds up various processes and offers significant cost savings.

Inspection monitoring of the operation of equipment and complex lines, combines the installation of  high frame cameras (FPS), in order to record possible problems, which are not visible with the help of teleservices or were not solvable with "live help"!

The combination of outdoor and indoor mini frames with a high frame (FPS), as well as access to protected communication channels, significantly improves the possibility of finding the problem, as well as its elimination.
