If you need to ADVERTISE the device (diagnose or repair a defective device), please check the authorized service documentation that came with the device and follow the instructions of the authorized service.

If there are any defects within the warranty period, contact us as an authorized service center in accordance with the instructions on the warranty card and the Instructions for Use.
ADVERTISING CENTER AND SERVICES:
In our DORA-PAK d.o.o. In the complaint center, we provide services for upgrading, fault diagnosis and repair of vacuum packaging machines and gastronomic equipment. as well as the determination of defects or anomalies in the packaging materials. Within the warranty period, all repairs by DORA-PAK d.o.o. are free of charge, according to the provisions and clauses of the Manufacturer of machines and devices. Services in the complaint center for certain machines or devices that are not under our warranty, and actions that are not covered by the warranty are charged according to the price of an hour of service.

Price of service hour = EUR 25,00
Fault diagnosis = 1 working hour

In case of determination of impossibility of elimination of defects or malfunctions in one of the possible ways, DORA-PAK in agreement with the Principal / Manufacturer of machines, provides support in the organization of the shortest possible term in elimination of the arisen problems.
