Description

Machines for making vacuum bags belong to machines of the horizontal type. They can make bags from one roll or from two rolls, even combining films of different structures provided that the inner layers are mutually sealable. By attaching certain tool devices, we get notch bags for easier opening, bags with euro slot discharge, embossed vacuum bags, glove pre formed pouch, hanging slot punc die pouches, etc ....

Description

These packaging machines enable the formation of square-bottom bags (self-standing bags) with four vertical seals.
The machines are made of stainless steel and anodized aluminium and are equipped thus with a PLC as a touch-screen in order to assure a constant monitoring of the machine functions and parameters and to diagnose eventual alarms and anomalies.
For satisfying market needs, the machine can be equipped with different accessories: marking or printing system, dynamic control weigher, pneumatic trolley for lift new reel, out-put conveyors, elevator, system for Ethernet connection, photoelectric cell for centering the printing, labeling system, complete automatic lines.

Description


The tetrahedron (triangle sachet) or better to say tetraedarne i  STICK PACK packing machine adopt the edge/ back seal form, intelligent automatic control system, and silent stepping motor to make the production environment quieter and meet environmental protection requirements.They can also be made for a number of 20 lines, which requires demanding machines for the production of the necessary packaging materials, usually multilayer films very large widths.
